William Hayes joined Joseph & Camper in 2011 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Will focuses on his clients' specific goals and takes pride in assisting them with their needs in an honest and straight-forward manner.

William was born and raised in Peoria and is a graduate of Illinois State University. He was previously the Senior Leasing and Sales Agent for Alliance Real Estate in downtown Chicago. Although also experienced as a tenant representative for retail and industrial space, he specialized in loft office buildings. Will is excited to bring his expertise in the leasing and sale of offices to the Peoria business community.
