Brad Joseph has developed an excellent reputation as a tenant representative with his extensive knowledge of the Central Illinois market. The strategic success for his clients lies with his experience to analyze the targeted trade areas, locate the optimal sites, and negotiate the most favorable terms. Brad also works on company acquisitions and uses this experience for the benefit of his clients.

A graduate of St. Louis University, Brad received his Masters Degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. He previously served as a Real Estate Sales Manager in Chicago and as the Real Estate Director for a retail company in Charlotte, North Carolina.

William Hayes joined Joseph & Camper in 2011 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Will began his commercial career with a Central Illinois Developer finding tenants for new office buildings and planned-retail and restaurant developments. Before joining Joseph & Camper, Will was the Senior Leasing and Sales Agent for Alliance Real Estate in downtown Chicago. Although also experienced as a tenant representative for retail and industrial space, he specialized in loft office buildings. Will is excited to use his expertise in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate in the Peoria business community. In his first two years back in the Peoria market Will has brokered the highest number of commercial transactions in the Peoria area according to the Peoria Area Association of Realtors®. Will specializes in using the latest technology to conduct diligent market research, which helps him negotiate the best possible terms for his clients. Will focuses on his clients' specific goals and takes pride in assisting them with their needs in an honest and straight-forward manner.

Brittany graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. Originally a Hoosier, Brittany moved to Peoria in June 2011. She is excited to learn more about the real estate industry and to incorporate new marketing strategies.
